Provision of Targeted Stop Smoking Services

Hartlepool Borough Council is seeking to commission a provider to lead the development, implementation and delivery of a targeted Stop Smoking Service in Hartlepool that provides appropriate, evidence based support for smokers who want to quit.

Select List for Independent Investigating Officer for Complaints relating to Adult’s Social Care Services

Hartlepool Borough Council are seeking submissions from appropriately qualified and experienced professionals for the provision of Independent Investigating Officers. Those who successfully complete and pass the application documentation requirements will be added to a dedicated provider list.

Providers interested in providing the services should answer all the questions in Business Questionnaire (which can be downloaded below) and submit the completed answers/application form to: Adultscommissioning@hartlepool.gov.uk. More information is provided in the application pack below.

It is envisaged that the Select List will be operational for an initial period of 3 years until 30th June 2025 with the option to extend for a further 2 years.
