Hartlepool Borough Council is responsible for North Cemetery, Stranton Cemetery, West View Cemetery, Old Cemetery (Spion Kop) as well as the crematorium and chapels at Stranton Cemetery.
We ensure a high standard of maintenance, care and attention within the cemeteries, burial grounds and gardens of remembrance.
We aim to meet recognised national codes of practice whilst providing a courteous and sympathetic service for the bereaved.
