High Hedges
The leaflet 'Over the garden hedge' offers advice on how to agree a solution before involving the Council.
Residents can seek the intervention of the Council when they have been unable to resolve a problem relating to the height of a neighbour's hedge.
The Council will charge a fee (currently set at £150) for adjudicating on high hedges complaints. The fee is payable by the person making the complaint.
