Time and place of meetings
5.1 Annual and extraordinary meetings
The Annual Meeting and extraordinary meetings of Full Council shall unless otherwise directed or determined by Full Council be held at the Civic Centre, Hartlepool, commencing at 6.30pm
5.2 Ordinary meetings
The Ordinary meetings of Full Council shall, unless otherwise directed or determined by Full Council, be held at the Civic Centre, Hartlepool commencing at 6.30 pm in the evening.
