Safeguarding Adults Booklet which includes information in relation to: The Care Act 2014, Your Responsibilities, Your Role as Alerter, Information Sharing, The Mental Capacity Act, Assessing Capacity Chart, Deprivation of Liberty, Pressure Ulcer Staging, Prevent/Channel, Domestic Violence and Abuse, Female Genital Mutilation, Human Trafficking and Modern Slavery. The NHS Safeguarding Guide App is now available for Apple, Windows and Android phone. Just go to the particular app site for your phone to download. If you have concerns about an adult you should contact the Early Intervention Team on telephone 01429 523390, by text 60006 (start your text with HBC) or email iSPA@hartlepool.gov.uk. We open at 8:30am every weekday. We close at 5pm from Monday to Thursday. On Friday we close at 4:30pm.
