Adding child's father to certificate
If a child's natural father was not recorded at the time of the registrations they can be added by re-registration. You need to complete an application form and return to our office.

Once the form has been returned we will contact you to make an appointment or to advise if we have had to pass the application to General Register Office for further approval.
