Building Sanitisation

We are currently offering local businesses the opportunity to take advantage of a deep clean sterilisation service from the Council’s Building Cleaning Team.

The service uses the latest ozone generation technology to combat bacteria and viruses (including COVID-19) and to achieve a sterile, clinically clean environment within your building. 

Likewise, where premises are suffering with high bug counts on surfaces including on soft play equipment, carpets, curtains, walls, furniture etc, these can be eradicated by our sanitising service.

The treatment is also effective where there is an odour problem, perhaps as a result of fire, water or sewerage damage.  In such cases, lingering smells can be eliminated as long as the substance that has been causing the smell is itself also removed. 

For additional peace of mind, a regular, preventative sanitising programme of works can also be arranged on request.

A fixed price of £99 (inclusive of VAT) for each treatment applies to all buildings with floor space of up to 1,000 square metres.  Prices for treating larger floor areas are available on request.

For all job requests accepted and paid for before 3pm, a same day response can be made and premises will be safe and ready to use the next day.

Please note buildings must be completely emptied of users and any pets during the treatment.
