Local Government Transparency Code
In February 2015 the Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government issued the "Local Government Transparency Code 2015" and the "Local Government Transparency Code 2015 Frequently Asked Questions". The code sets out the minimum data and information that all Local Authorities must publish, the frequency it should be published and how it should be published. The full documents can be accessed via the Gov.uk website.
The following tables set out links to the mandatory data and information that the Council is required to publish quarterly, annually and only once.

Senior salaries - detail of number of employees whose remuneration was at least £50k in brackets of £5k, details of remuneration and job title of certain senior employees whose salary is at least £50k and employees whose salaries are £150k or more, identified by name.
In addition the Council is required to provide: · a list of responsibilities e.g. the services and functions they are responsible for, budget held and number of staff) · details of bonuses and 'benefits-in-kind' for all senior employees whose salary exceeds £50k |
