MyAccounts
The Council has introduced a new digital service for residents to access and view their Council Tax account online.
MyAccounts provides residents with quick and easy access to view and download their Council Tax bill, together with requesting other services such as:
- apply for council tax support
- apply for a discount
- setting up a direct debit
- paying a your council tax
- cancel a single person discount
- apply for second adult rebate
- notify us that someone has died
- request a PayPoint card
- check a Council Tax band
- report fraud - Benefit, Council Tax or Single Person Discount
This new service also supports the Council’s sustainability pledge, reducing its carbon footprint through a reduction in paper, printing and postage.
