What is Hartlepool Working Solutions?
Hartlepool Working Solutions is part of Hartlepool Borough Council’s Economic Regeneration Team and has over fifteen years experience of supporting residents into education, employment or training through the delivery of a high quality service.
We can offer you access to a team of friendly and respectful advisors providing professional, free, impartial and confidential careers, information, advice and guidance (CEIAG). Our service is available to all unemployed Hartlepool residents who are aged 16 years and over. We have Matrix Accreditation which is the national quality standard for any organisation that delivers CEIAG and means we are continually improving the service we deliver.

How can Hartlepool Working Solutions help you?
We will work with you to produce an individual action plan detailing the support you will receive which could include:-
· Job search and Job Club
· Access to employment opportunities displayed and updated weekly
· Information on training opportunities
· 1:1 support with interview techniques
· Information on volunteering
· Help with CV’s and application forms
· Information on self-employment

Opening Hours:
The offices are open from 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30am to 4.30pm Friday

Access Information:
Hartlepool Enterprise Centre-  on site car parking including disabled parking bays, disabled access,  access to an interpretation service and lifts to all floors.
