Joint Health and Wellbeing Strategy
HARTLEPOOL residents are being urged to complete a short survey to help shape the future of health and wellbeing services in the town.
The survey, which runs until Sunday 16 July, allows local residents to voice their opinions to inform Hartlepool Council’s next Joint Health and Wellbeing Strategy.
The strategy – which will run from 2018 to 2022 – will focus on improving wellbeing and reducing inequalities across the priority areas of Living, Starting, Working, and Ageing Well in Hartlepool.
L-R: Councillor Christopher Akers-Belcher (Leader of Hartlepool Borough Council), Sam Gustard (Stop Smoking Facilitator, North Tees and Hartlepool NHS Foundation Trust), Carole Johnson (Head of Health Improvement at Hartlepool Borough Council), Leanne Watson (Stop Smoking Facilitator, North Tees and Hartlepool NHS Foundation Trust), and Martyn Willmore (Performance Improvement Delivery Manager at Fresh).
Residents are also encouraged to attend three consultation workshop events to discuss their concerns on important issues including local health care services and workplace wellbeing with senior members of the Council’s Public Health department.
The dates and venues of the consultation workshops are:
- Monday 10 July, 10am - Community Hub Central
- Tuesday 11 July, 1.30pm - Community Hub South
- Friday 14 July, 10am - Community Hub North
