Hartlepool Borough Council has begun consulting on its new draft Statement of Gambling Principles.

The draft Statement details the principles that the Council proposes to apply in exercising its functions under the Gambling Act 2005.

The Act requires Councils to publish a Statement of Principles every three years and, as such, a new Statement must be published in January 2022.

If you have any comments you would like to make concerning the proposed Statement of Gambling Principles please send them to licensing@hartlepool.gov.uk or to the following address no later than Friday 10th September 2021.
