Headland and Harbour
A by-election on Thursday 4 May 2017 for the vacant Headland & Harbour seat on Hartlepool Borough Council was won by Mike McLaughlin (Labour).
The by-election followed the recent resignation of Councillor Sylvia Tempest (Labour).
