Hartlepool Borough Council School Admission Arrangements 2017/2018

Hartlepool Borough Council has determined its admission arrangements for community and voluntary controlled schools for 2017/2018 and also agreed schemes of coordination for primary and secondary schools for the 2017/2018 academic year.

The council's arrangements were agreed at Childrens Services Committee on 6th October 2015.

Under the Schools Standards and Framework Act 1998 (section 88H) any person has the right to refer an objection to the Schools Adjudicator if they consider that admission arrangements do not comply with the law or the mandatory requirements of the DFE School Admission Code.  Objections to the arrangements must be made by 15th May 2016 to the Office of Schools Adjudicator, Bishopsgate House, Feethams, Darlington, DL1 5QE.  Tel: 01325 340402 or email osa.team@osa.gsi.gov.uk
