The Council's Audit and Governance Committee wants to hear your views on how mental health services are provided for the residents of Hartlepool, with a specific focus on preventative services.
If you have, are currently, or know someone who is accessing mental health services, please let us know what you think by completing this survey.
The survey will run until Thursday 31st January 2019 and offers you the chance to voice your opinion and share your experiences of accessing mental health services.
