Togetherall

Get support ... take control ... feel better

Sooner or later we all go through tough times. We might seem OK on the outside, but inside we’re struggling. That’s OK – you’re not alone.

If you live in Hartlepool and you're aged 16 or over, you can now join Togetherall – a safe, anonymous 24/7 online community where people support each other to improve their mental health and wellbeing.

That help can come in many forms. For some people, it’s simply seeing there is no judgement, knowing they are not alone in how they feel. For others it’s receiving supportive comments, having conversations about similar life experiences, helping to break down barriers by normalising the discussion around mental health and wellbeing, enabling them to feel more in control of their emotional health.

Togetherall doesn’t use real names and takes your anonymity very seriously. It’s monitored around the clock by licensed mental health professionals called Wall Guides, who interact with the community – you can reach out to them directly at any time.

Access to Togetherall for people living in Hartlepool has been made possible thanks to Hartlepool Borough Council partnering with Togetherall and it’s completely free for anyone wanting to use it.

Togetherall provides support to millions of people throughout the UK and globally, and we’re very proud to be the first council in the Tees Valley to make it available to our residents.

Once you're a member you can use a range of tools and services. You can connect with other people who are experiencing similar thoughts and feelings, keep track of your thoughts in your own online journal, identify and work towards your goals, understand what you've experienced and track your progress.

You can also take part in online courses – from improving your sleep to managing social anxiety and coping with grief and loss – where you can connect with others with shared experiences and share tips on what’s working.

It takes only a few minutes to sign up to Togetherall – give yourself an anonymous user name, key in your Hartlepool home postcode and your date of birth, and your journey to better mental health has begun.
