Applications for a bus pass can also be made in person at the Civic Centre
Opening times: Monday to Thursday, 9am to 5.00pm; Friday, 9am to 4.30pm
Renewal of Pension Age Bus Passes
Bus passes need to be renewed every four years and renewal is free.

Report a change in circumstances or cancel a pass
Lost and Stolen Passes
Replace a pass due to loss, theft or damage
A replacement fee of £5.00 will be payable for any lost passes.
In the event your pass is stolen, please report this to the Police and obtain a crime reference number. If you provide this, your new pass will be issued free of charge.
