Pavement Licence Application

A Pavement Licence allows a food business to place tables and chairs on the pavement outside their premises. Licence conditions include specific furniture requirements, boundaries and appropriate space for passing pedestrians all of which are taken into account when processing each application.

Alongside a completed application form, obtained below, the following are also required :

• a copy of your Public Liability Insurance Certificate
• a plan or sketch of your premises
• a colour photograph of your furniture.
