Adopt a Dog

The Council holds found dogs for 7 days at our kennels, Stray Aid Rescue Centre, Coxhoe, Co Durham, to allow time for the owners to reclaim them.  Dogs that are not reclaimed by their owners are made available for rehoming.  All the dogs hoping for adoption are now posted on the Stray Aid website.  If you think you could give one of our dogs a forever home please get in touch with our kennels direct.
