NDORS - National Driver Offender Retraining Scheme
Improving safety on the regions roads will always be our priority. Our aim is to deliver a comprehensive scheme of road safety interventions that delivers safety through education and contributes to safer road users and community safety. Hartlepool Borough Council works with a range of public, private and third sector organisations to reduce the number of deaths and injuries on our roads through:

- Engineering
- Enforcement
The Council currently delivers a number of NDORS courses on behalf of Cleveland and Durham Police forces at venues across County Durham and Cleveland. These courses include:
