STEM lecture set to inspire future workforce
Published Wednesday, 17th January 2018YOUNG people in Hartlepool considering a career in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths) subject shouldn’t miss this fascinating FREE talk led by an industry expert.
Josh Mitchell, Business Process Manager at Hartlepool Water, will lead a “Be Inspired: Public Stem Lecture” on Monday 29 January from 5.30pm to 7pm, at Hartlepool College of Further Education.

Through his talk, Josh will outline the steps and vital decisions he has taken along his varied career journey through the engineering and science sectors to date.
He will also discuss higher level study support and career opportunities in STEM, and share his hopes and predictions for the future of the industries.
In addition to the talk, attendees can take a tour of the College’s state-of-the-art STEM facilities from 5pm.
Guests are asked to
arrive at 5pm for the tour, or 5.30pm for the lecture. Spaces are extremely
limited so to avoid disappointment, please book your place in advance by
