Half-term fun at Summerhill

A series of half-term activities at Summerhill Country Park in Hartlepool promises fun for the whole family.

The fun begins on Monday February 12 and continues until Thursday February 15.

Advance booking is required for some activities, while others are intended to be drop-in sessions. Where booking is required, families are being urged to reserve their places as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.

Unless otherwise stated, all events and activities cost £5.30 for Get Hartlepool Active members, £4.70 for concessions and £5.80 for casual bookings.

The full list of activities is:

Monday 12th February: Forest School activities (den building and games), 10am –12 noon. Family fun for ages 4+. Booking required.

Tuesday 13th February: Winter Crafts, 1-3pm. £2 per craft. Make your own woodland photo frame or create an enchanted tree. This is a drop-in session so there is no need to book.

Wednesday 14th February: Xplorers Event, 10am – 2pm. £1 per person. Join in the family friendly competition to find hidden markers using a map. This is a drop-in session so there is no need to book.


Thursday 15th February
: Junior Archery, 10am-12pm and 2–4pm
