Easter library fun for youngsters

Easter-themed craft sessions, Read and Rhyme and Baby Babble sessions are just some of the activities lined up.

All the events are free unless otherwise stated. Children under eight must be accompanied by an adult and places at some of the events must be booked in advance where indicated.

Monday 8 April – Stories and Rhymes for the under fives – the Great Easter Egg Scramble, 10.30am-11.30am.

Tuesday 9 April – Parent and Toddler session for the under fives, 10.30am-11.30am. £2.50 per child, including refreshments for children and parents/carers.

Tuesday 9 April – Stories and Rhymes for the under fives – Tickle, Tickle Peter! 1.30pm-2.30pm.

Wednesday 10 April – Drop-in Easter activity morning for children of any age, 10am-11.30am. Join in any time during the session. £1 per child.

Wednesday 10 April – Baby Babble for the under twos, 1.30pm-2.30pm.

Thursday 11 April – Stories and Rhymes for the under fives – Little Owl’s Egg, 10.30am-11.30am.

Friday 12 April – Easter story time for children aged 4-10, 10.30am-11am.

Monday 15 April – Stories and Rhymes for the under fives – The Odd Egg, 10.30am-11.30am.

Tuesday 16 April – Parent and Toddler session for the under fives, 10.30am-11.30am. £2.50 per child, including refreshments for children and parents/carers.
