Take advantage of early bird panto tickets offer

From Friday (30rd August) until Monday (2nd September) tickets for Beauty and the Beast will be discounted by £5 (normally £17/£15). The offer can be used when booking tickets both online and at the Box Office using discount code ‘BELLE2019’.

The show, Hartlepool’s third professional pantomime, is being brought to the town by Elite Pantomimes, the company that staged Aladdin at the Hartlepool Town Hall Theatre in 2016 and Cinderella last year.

Fun for the whole family is guaranteed.

It tells the magical tale of a young prince whose arrogance, cold heart and selfish ways see him cursed by a wicked enchantress and transformed into a hideous beast. The spell will not be broken until he can learn that beauty is found within. Headstrong village girl Belle enters the castle to try and save her imprisoned father Maurice from the beast, but will she be the one to lift the curse? Can you really learn to love a beast?

Featuring all the fun and frolics of a traditional, family pantomime and backed by a live band, this magical re-telling of the tale as old as time is not to be missed.

David Worthington, Head of Cultural Services at Hartlepool Borough Council, said: “Last year’s panto Cinderella was a huge success and received excellent reviews from families, so we’re really excited for this year’s panto Beauty and the Beast to be even bigger and better.

“Even though it is only August, seats are selling incredibly fast, so I would encourage families to take advantage of our early bird offer and get their seats booked now to avoid any disappointment.”

Performances begin on Saturday December 14th and run until Sunday December 29. Tickets are normally priced at £17 for adults, £15 for children or £55 for a family (2 adults and 2 children).
