CORONAVIRUS: Hartlepool Support Hub Easter opening hours
Published Wednesday, 8th April 2020Hartlepool Support Hub will still be available at key times across the Easter weekend to support residents who are self-isolating, or otherwise unable to leave their home.
The Support Hub will be opening extended hours on Saturday and will be available between 10am and 4pm and will also be open on Easter Monday between 10am and 1pm.
Jill Harrison, Hartlepool Borough Council’s Director of Adult and Community Based Services, said: “These are unprecedented times and we wanted to ensure our Support Hub is available to residents over the Easter weekend.
“However, we won’t be open on Good Friday or Easter Sunday so I would encourage residents to plan ahead if they need support.
“We’re extending our opening hours on Saturday and we’re also opening on the Easter Monday bank holiday to ensure plenty of support is still available to residents.
“We’re also sending text messages to those people particularly at risk.
“My message to residents is simple, we are here to help you and I would also like to take this opportunity to place on record my thanks to staff and volunteers who are working this weekend.”
