Top quality careers advice you can count on

If you’re looking to get a start on the jobs ladder or progress into something different, check out the Careers Service from Hartlepool Learning and Skills.

The Service has been awarded the Quality in Careers Standard for a further three years following a rigorous assessment process. The Standard is the national quality award for the provision of careers education, information, advice and guidance.

The Careers Service offers a wealth of advice and help tailored to people’s individual needs – which can all be accessed online at the click of a button – including:

  • Access to employment, training and volunteer opportunities with one-to-one support from qualified careers advisors.
  • Adult Education, with access to a wide range of courses including online learning and NVQs, as well as apprenticeship opportunities in a host of sectors.
