Families are invited to take advantage of a special Black Friday discount when booking their seats to this year’s Christmas pantomime at Hartlepool Borough Hall.

Ticket prices for Cinderella, which opens next month, will be temporarily reduced by 25% from £18 to £13.50 for adults and from £15 to £11.25 for children and from £59 to £44.25 for a family ticket (2 adults and 2 children).

The offer will run from Friday 26th November until the clock strikes midnight on Monday 29th November. The offer can be used when booking tickets online using the discount code FRIYAY21.

Cinderella runs from Monday 13th December to Friday 24th December and stars CBBC’s Joe Tasker from Saturday Morning-Mash Up.

Joe is joined by award-winning stand-up comedian Jack Gleadow as Buttons. Jack has performed at some of the UK's top comedy clubs and festivals such as Latitude, Glastonbury, Leeds and Reading.

Aled Davies from West End and UK touring hit ‘Choir of Man’ is Dandini.

Joining the cast as the Wicked Stepmother is Hartlepool favourite Stephanie Aird – a viral internet sensation with over 565,000 followers on Facebook!

Steph has appeared on shows such as BBC2’s ‘Take a Hike’ and ITVs ‘Judge Rinder’ and returns after her pantomime debut last summer as the Magic Mirror in Snow White.

Steph is joined by dance crew Ruff Diamond, who danced their way to success on Sky One’s ‘Got To Dance’ and are currently ranked 7th in the world after performing in the World Championships.

And, in his tenth spectacular year, Gary Martin Davis returns as a dame, playing one half of the Ugly Sisters! This battle-axe is ready to rumble. Watch out men - Botoxia is on the hunt!

Gary is joined by Hannah Woodward as Cinderella, Bethan Searle as the Fairy Godmother and Scott Ayling as Fillermina.

Susan French, Performance Venues Manager at Hartlepool Borough Council said: “Christmas wouldn’t be Christmas without a family pantomime so we are very excited about Cinderella opening next month!

“We would encourage families to take advantage of our Black Friday offer and get their seats booked now to avoid any disappointment.”

Jacqueline Turnbull, the show’s producer, said: “After the triumphant success of last summer's productions of Snow White and also our adult pantomime Dick Whittington, we’re thrilled to bring back the magic of a family pantomime this festive season with the most magical fairy tale of them all - Cinderella.”

Featuring dazzling choreography, grand sets and jaw-dropping special effects - all backed by a fantastic band - this magical re-telling of everyone’s favourite fairy tale is not to be missed.
