Expressions of interest in leasing an enterprise centre in Hartlepool are being invited from community groups and enterprises.

Hartlepool Borough Council is advertising Hartlepool Enterprise Centre in Brougham Terrace as a Community Asset Transfer (CAT) opportunity.

The enterprise centre, a three-storey former Victorian school which comprises a multi-let 47-unit business centre, offices, workshops, a 51-space car park and a café, is currently run by the Council on a day-to-day basis.

It has undergone comprehensive refurbishment in recent years, including the installation of a large glassed entrance atrium. There are also 30 photovoltaic cells on the roof.
