Join Ceremonial Mayor at Civic Service

Open to all, the event will take place at St Hilda’s Church on the Headland on Sunday 28th January at 6pm (please be seated by 5.50pm if you are proposing to attend).

Councillor Moore said: “I look forward to welcoming people to the Civic Service which is an important event in the civic calendar. It is also an opportunity to raise money for some well deserving local causes.”

The service will be conducted by the Reverend Steve Edge.

Civic guests will include the Lord Lieutenant Mrs Sue Snowdon, and representatives of other North East local authorities.

There will be a retiring collection to raise funds for the Mayor’s two Charities (Hartlepool Foodbank and Hartlepool Sea Cadets) and St Hilda’s Church.

Light refreshments will be provided afterwards.
