Tickets to go on sale for Hartlepool’s spectacular Christmas family pantomime 

Tickets will go on sale this Friday 6th September at 10am with a fantastic 15% off early bird discount for a limited time only!

This spectacular family treat runs from Wednesday 11th to Sunday 29th December, with a selection of morning, afternoon and evening performances.

It’s produced by the acclaimed AJ Theatrical Productions, who have brought the magic of pantomime to the Town Hall Theatre for the past five years, including last year’s Peter Pan and The Lost Boys, which received rave reviews and broke box office records.

Get ready to join Aladdin, Jasmine, the lovable Genie and the mischievous Hartlepool Monkey as they navigate through exciting escapades and discover the true power of love and friendship.

This year sees all Hartlepool’s panto favourites return, such as Gary Martin Davis as the Dame and singing sensation Katelyn Edwards alongside comedian Phil Walker who will join the cast as Wishy Washy.

Also back by popular demand is Hartlepool’s very own hip hop crew Ruff Diamond with their spectacular routines. Add to that AJ Theatrical Productions’ trademark phenomenal sets and dazzling special effects, and this is a festive treat you won’t want to miss!

Tickets start from £19.30 (including a £1.30 booking fee). However, in an exclusive early bird discount for bookings made before midnight on Sunday 15th September, you can enjoy a fantastic 15% off all tickets (excluding £1.30 booking fee). This offer is limited and does not apply to performances on the 21st, 22nd and 24th December.

The announcement of this year's pantomime comes later than in previous years due to the temporary closure of the Town Hall Theatre last March to enable Hartlepool Borough Council carry out essential repairs to the original plasterwork ceilings.

Councillor Pamela Hargreaves, Chair of the Council’s Economic Growth and Regeneration Committee, said: “With the Town Hall Theatre due to reopen later this month following completion of the work, the announcement of this year’s pantomime is a fantastic way to kick off the autumn programme.

"Christmas wouldn’t be Christmas without a family panto and we’re delighted to welcome AJ Productions back to Hartlepool with this brand new show.

“AJ Productions are well-known for pulling out all the stops to give the audience a superb show and we’re really looking forward to joining Aladdin and his friends – not to mention the Hartlepool Monkey! – on an amazing adventure which will delight all the family.”
