Hartlepool Restaurant Week returns
Published Monday, 20th January 2025Hartlepool Restaurant Week returns next week and it's going to be bigger and better than ever!
A total of 27 businesses have so far signed up to take part - the largest number ever – and there’s a wide range of fantastic offers available.
Organised by Hartlepool Borough Council’s Economic Growth Team, it will run from Monday 27th January until Sunday 2nd February.
Businesses taking part include The Place in the Park, The Intro, Black Olive, Sheesh Mahal, Dhamaka, Santonio Bar Restaurant, Hartlepool Golf Club, The Owl, Jackson’s Wharf, Casa Del Mar, The Flagship Restaurant, Menu, Gina’s Coven, Larry’s Lanes, The Spotted Cow, The Fens, The Marine Hotel, Mumbai, Dilshad, Portals, Portofino, Surfside Fish Bar and Restaurant, Blue Valentines, Lock Gates, Wallis and Co, Budapest Bar&Street Kitchen and The Food Bowl.
Throughout the week, they will be offering either specific Hartlepool Restaurant Week menus or specials within their existing menu at the four price points of £5, £10, £15 or £20.
All you need to do is visit www.explorehartlepool.com/hartlepool-restaurant-week to find out more about participating premises, and then head down to your chosen venue and let them know that you wish take advantage of their Hartlepool Restaurant Week offer.
Statistics from the last Hartlepool Restaurant Week which took place in October 2024, show that over 2,200 people chose to take advantage of the fantastic offers available.
Councillor Pamela Hargreaves, Chair of Hartlepool Borough Council’s Economic Growth and Regeneration Committee, said: “Hartlepool Restaurant Week is a fantastic initiative to promote the many excellent eateries that we have across the borough, and I am delighted that local businesses are so keen to get involved.
“To have so many venues confirmed is great news, and I would encourage local residents and people from further afield to make the most of the brilliant offers available.
“Whilst it is a chance to sample some delicious food, it is also an opportunity for us all to support the hospitality industry in Hartlepool which is key part of the local economy, providing a significant number of jobs.”
Diners visiting participating Hartlepool Restaurant Week premises are asked to share photos of themselves enjoying their meal on social media using either #explorehartlepool or tagging Explore Hartlepool into their posts.
