Appealing a Parking Penalty Charge Notice (HX)

I have received a Notice of Rejection of Representations

You received a NoR because your appeal for a Parking Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) was rejected.

What you can do now

You have two options.

Pay the PCN

  • you can pay the full amount online within 28 days, refer to your NoR for further details

Pay your Parking PCN

Appeal to the Traffic Penalty Tribunal 

  • you can appeal online via the tpt.gov website, refer to your NoR for details of how to do this

Appeal to the Traffic Penalty Tribunal

If you do not pay or appeal to the Traffic Penalty Tribunal within 28 days, you will get a Charge Certificate.
