This service is based within the Housing Advice Team and provides confidential advice and assistance to both private tenants and landlords on their rights and obligations.

 

We have a responsibility to investigate all allegations of harassment or illegal eviction and will take enforcement action whenever necessary however we will always try to help resolve any disputes amicably.

 

We aim to encourage best practice and improve relationships between landlords and tenants.

Mediation
Enforcement Action - which can lead to prosecution
