Ceremony in the Constable Room

The Constable Room is Hartlepool Register Office's alternative ceremony room.

Located on the ground floor of the Borough Hall the Constable Room will be used if a couple, or any of their guests, are unable to access the Middlegate Room while the lift is out of order. The room is fully accessable via a ramp from the Borough Hall entrance. A car park is located nearby along with on street parking.

The Constable Room has seating for up to 34 adults / older children, there is no standing room. Babies and small children (up to the age of 3) can sit on their parent / guardian's lap and do not have to have a seat allocated to them.
