Council Performance

Regular performance reports are produced to monitor how the Council is performing in relation to: -

• Key Priorities as laid out in the Council Plan
• Key Performance Indicators that the Council has identified through the Departmental Planning Process
• Other 'local' Performance Indicators that the Council chooses to measure its own performance

Performance reports are prepared for consideration by management teams and the Council's Finance and Policy Committee.  You can find out more by clicking on the links below.

Quarterly Monitoring Reports

On a quarterly basis (i.e. 4 times a year) progress against the key priorities as laid out in Council Plan are reported to Finance and Policy Committee.  The Reports can be seen at the relevant Finance and Policy Committee through out the year and can be accessed through the 'Meetings and Minutes' section of the website.
