Paying your Parking Fine (PCN)
Please note that only the following credit/debit cards can be accepted: Maestro, Visa Debit, Mastercard and Visa Credit.
You can pay your parking fine (Penalty Charge Notice or PCN) in the following ways:
- Online (see link below)
- By telephone - 01429 523271 - credit/debit card payments only. Quote vehicle details and PCN number.
- By post - payment can be made by crossed cheque or postal order made payable to Hartlepool Borough Council. Write the PCN number and your address on the reverse of the cheque/postal order. Send your payment together with the completed payment slip to: Hartlepool Borough Council, Civic Centre, Victoria Road, Hartlepool, TS24 8AY. Allow 2 working days for first class post and 5 days for second class.
- In person - payment can be made using cash, cheque or credit/debit card at the Civic Centre, Victoria Road, Hartlepool. Opening hours of the Cash Office are Monday to Friday 9am-3.00pm. Closed public and bank holidays.
