Lifeguards
The 2022 Beach Lifeguard season runs from 23rd July to 4th September. Lifeguards are operational 10am - 6pm on:
- Weekends
- Bank Holidays
- Summer holidays
During the season lifeguards are operational at:
- Seaton Carew
- Headland's fish sands and block sands beaches
When the lifeguards are operational please swim between the red and yellow flags.
The beach safety signs provide information for beach users all year round.
