6 Months to 1 Year

Hartlepool Health Visiting Team will invite your baby for a developmental review when they are between nine and twelve months.

This review will cover an assessment of your baby’s physical, emotional and social development needs. At the review your health visiting team will discuss your baby’s health and development and review any support for parents and carers that may be needed.
