Seaton Carew Parking Charges

A parking charge applies at Seaton Carew and is applicable all year. Pay and display charges are required in a number of On-Street parking bays along the Sea Front together with the Off Street Car Parks at Sea View, Rocket House and Coronation Drive.

Parking charges apply between the hours of 9am – 6pm and operate 7 days per week (including Bank Holidays). The current tariff charges are:

£1.50 – up to 2 hours
£2.00 – up to 4 hours
£4.00 – all day

Station Lane Car Park operates a limited stay parking restriction which requires a parking disc to be displayed showing the vehicles time of arrival. Parking is then restricted to 2 hours. The same limited stay disc parking restrictions also apply in some marked On Street bays on The Front.

In Order to protect nearby residential properties from likely visitor displacement, a number of areas are restricted to resident permit holders only. Permits are available for properties in the restricted zone which residents can apply for. The annual charges are as follows:

1st permit = £15
2nd permit = £25
3rd Permit = £40
4th and any additional permits - £40 each
