How To Access Treatment
Anyone can refer someone, as long as they have consent.
You do not have to go to see your doctor to be referred.
Referrals can be made by contacting START on (01429) 285000 or you can simply walk into the service in Whitby Street (TS24 7AB). You can also access treatment by emailing substancemisuse@hartlepool.gov.uk and leaving your contact details and reason for referral in the email.
