If you are homeless in an emergency we may have to place you in temporary accommodation. 

If you are placed in temporary accommodation you may be expected to contribute to it, but your Housing Advice Officer will make this clear to you.

We will develop a Personalised Housing Plan with you which will identify what you need to do and also what we need to do to help you. 

Over the course of your application we’ll keep you up to date with what we are doing to help you. 

You’ll also need to make sure you get in touch with us regularly to let us know what you’ve done from your Personalised Housing Plan.
