Food

Hartlepool Foodbank can provide you with food parcels on a Tuesday and a Friday if you have been given a voucher which you can access from a variety of places including the Local Welfare Support team, Job Centre and Thirteen Group.

If you are in need of a meal, there are a variety of options available to you on different days each week.  These do change fairly regularly but you can get up to date information about this from Local Welfare Support, or by popping into the Civic Centre to pick up a current leaflet.

Physical Health

If you have an urgent health problem, Urgent Care is available and is based at Hartlepool Hospital on Holdsforth Road, TS24 9AH.

Mental Health

If you have any issues with your mental health and you need some support, please look at the We Can Talk website for where to get some support from mental health services.

If you have issues which are affecting your housing, please also see our section specifically for people with mental health issues on our Information for particular groups of people page.

Drugs and Alcohol

If you have any issues with drugs and or alcohol which you feel are impacting on your housing, you can get support from Hart. You can get more information on the services offered here.

If you have a family member with some issues around drugs or alcohol, you can seek advice and information from Parents in need of support.
