We can provide advice, help and support to anyone who is rough sleeping.

If you’re sleeping rough or know someone who is sleeping rough, you can contact the Housing Advice team for help.

The Housing Advice team are based at the Civic Centre, Victoria Road, Hartlepool, and is available for drop in from 10.00-11.30 Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, and from 2.00-3.30 Monday to Friday.  You don’t need an appointment.

To get help for anyone sleeping rough

• Phone the housing advice team on 01429 266522 during office hours
• Out of hours you can phone the same number and explain that it is an emergency

Anyone sleeping rough is offered overnight accommodation during severe weather.  This is usually when the temperature falls to zero degrees or below.
