My proposal for this project is to construct a large anvil measuring 1 m high x 1.3 m wide. It would be draped by a large chain with a hammer on top. The entire piece would be made from weathered bronzed steel and welded together. To me it represents the shipbuilding / industrial heritage of the North East, with a knowing wink to that famous Strongarm image.
